Inspect and quote

Straighten and fill
Dents are pulled and the panel beaten back to shape. A thin skim of filler is block-sanded until it's flat to the touch.

Prime and mask
Primer seals the bare metal and filler. Everything that isn't being painted gets masked off.

Spray the colour
Base coat goes on in thin layers inside the booth, matched to your colour code or a sample panel you've approved.

Clear coat
Several coats of clear give the colour its depth and protect it from sun, rain and fuel spills.
